Our Story
Agricultural Trucking Insurance grew out of a simple idea: ag truckers deserve an agent who knows the work. The founder grew up around farming and spent time working on a farm. His father owned a trucking company. The trucking and ag world were the dinner-table conversation, not something to learn from a textbook.
That background shaped how we run the agency. We do not approach trucking as a sideline. It is the part of the business we built around, and the part we put the most into. When we say we understand grain hauling, livestock pots, milk routes, custom harvest, and fertilizer runs, it is because we have been around them our whole lives.
Why We Focus on Agricultural Trucking
Most insurance agencies write a little trucking on the side. Some write a lot of general freight. Very few build their program around the realities of ag hauling.
We narrowed our focus on purpose. Agricultural trucking has its own equipment, its own seasonal patterns, its own commodity risks, and its own contract requirements. Grain haulers, livestock haulers, milk tankers, hay trucks, feed delivery, potato haulers, fresh produce reefers, fertilizer trucks, and custom harvest crews each have a different risk profile.
